Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days within India and 13–45 business days for international orders. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, location, weather, public holidays or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on most orders within India.

However, additional charges may apply in cases such as remote areas, special delivery zones, bulk orders or specific products.

In such cases, our team will contact you before dispatch for approval. Orders will only be processed after confirmation.

For international orders, shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout or informed before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect details or refusal, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes or additional charges may apply based on destination country laws. These charges must be paid by the customer.

Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

We strive for timely delivery, however delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, weather conditions, strikes or other factors beyond our control. Blue Trove is not liable for such delays.

Incorrect Address

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address or contact details. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

Returns Related to Shipping

Returns and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
